RESULTS

I would like to highlight some results of my work in the defense and representation in criminal proceedings.

I have provided legal assistance to both suspects and accused persons and victims of criminal offenses. I have experience in protecting the interests of clients at the stage of pre-trial investigation and court proceedings; considering the placement of a person in a pre-trial detention; appealing against decisions, actions or omissions at the stage of pre-trial investigation.

Among the results, can highlight: the conclusion of a plea agreement, according to which the client was compensated for material damage; the chosen defence strategy allowed to release the client who was in custody; participated in more than 50 searches (in almost all cases, the clients returned the temporarily seized property).

As a part of the legal team, the client returned the seized property (equipment for a gas station chain) worth more than USD 1.5 million.

​I have experience in defending clients accused of intentional grievous bodily harm; embezzlement by abuse of power; tax evasion; violation of traffic safety rules while driving vehicles; illegal acquisition, storage, transportation of drugs without the purpose of sale; violence against a law enforcement officer.
